Bu hatanın nedeni erişim sorunundan kaynaklanmakta. Sorunu çözmek internetten bulduğum bilgi aşağıda :

Click Start,
click Run,
type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.
Under Local Computer Policy, expand Computer Configuration, and then expand Windows Settings.
Expand Security Settings, expand Local Policies, and then click User Rights Assignment.
Verify that the SERVICE account is specifically granted Impersonate a client after authentication rights.

Bu hata ile karşılaşınca uzun aramalardan sonra. Bu hatayı alan makinenin IP 'sini host dosyasından silince sorun çözüldü. Ortada remote bağlantı problemi vardı.

Aşağıdaki hatayıda araştırdığımda karşıma sorunun server'a bağlanan taddm user'ının olduğunu buldum. Şifresini yeniden koyduğumda sorun düzeldi.:)
